In his role as a trainer, Jason's outgoing and approachable nature proved to be invaluable. He believes in creating a comfortable and engaging learning environment, encouraging trainees to ask questions freely and feel at ease during the training sessions. His ability to connect with both seasoned installers and aspiring enthusiasts allowed him to impart essential skills and elevate their installation abilities, ultimately enabling them to thrive in their craft and generate greater income.
David finally seized the opportunity to establish his own company. With limited business knowledge and only a few thousand dollars in savings, he signed a lease at the age of 20, making his dream of business ownership a reality. Despite skepticism from his family and friends, who doubted his sales skills and work ethic, David was determined to prove them wrong. He worked tirelessly, even living in his store at times to ensure bills were paid and success was achieved.
Skipping over the numerous challenges faced along the way, we arrive at 2023, where David now leads an incredible team at Tritek Window Tinting. Their dedication and hard work have earned them the prestigious XPEL Ambassador Award. In recent years, Tritek has outperformed other XPEL dealers in Texas, solidifying their position as a top seller. Their success has paved the way for the opening of the largest privately-owned window tinting store in Dallas, marking a significant milestone for David and his team.
Introducing Attention To Detail (ATD) Detailing., a leading detailing service company in North Carolina. Owned and operated by Bryan and Abby Prato, this dynamic duo brings their expertise to the Triangle area from their location just outside downtown Raleigh in Garner, NC. With a focus on Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, and Automotive Window Tinting, ATD Detailing has been recognized as the XPEL Dealer of the Year for North Carolina in both 2021 and 2022.
Bryan embarked on his entrepreneurial journey approximately 15 years ago, starting as a part-time mobile detailer while fulfilling his responsibilities as a Raleigh Fire Fighter. Known for his exceptional talent, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering professionalism, Bryan quickly built a solid reputation in the industry. As his clientele grew, so did the demand for additional services such as coatings, PPF, and window tint. In response, Bryan established his first facility in 2012 and soon outgrew the space, leading to the expansion to their current larger facility. Today, ATD Detailing operates with a team of four full-time employees, delivering top-of-the-line services. In 2019, Abby joined the team, bringing her expertise in customer interactions, sales, and day-to-day administrative duties.
