We are excited to introduce Juan Maldonado as the newest addition to our XPEL sales team, taking on the role of Territory Manager for New England (Northern Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Upstate New York) and reporting to Alexander Chryst. With an impressive background in sales and a genuine enthusiasm for building strong client relationships, Juan brings a wealth of experience and a warm, approachable demeanor to our team. Juan Maldonado is a professional window film installer and Entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Specializing in automotive film installations, business consulting/development, and automotive aftermarket customization, Juan uses that experience to deliver the highest quality of customer service, installations, and mentoring.

By focusing on strategic business development skills and mechanical aptitude, Juan has been able to put the Associates Degree in Business Management and Automotive Technology he earned at Wyotech to good use. Over the years, Juan’s strengths operating multiple businesses, educational background, and commitment to the automotive industry has garnered some recognition by top industry influencers and Xpel corporate.
Juan may spend his days installing window film on luxury and exotic vehicles, but it’s the people and the satisfaction of “job well done” that gets him up in the morning.

When he’s not installing window film, Juan is an avid car enthusiast and loves spending time working on his multiple vehicles, motorcycles, traveling, and spending time with his wife and 4 cats.
