Marc Patterson Joins XPEL !
Introducing Marc Patterson, the latest addition to the XPEL sales team. Marc has taken on the role of Territory Manager for the PA, NJ, and DE region reporting to Alexander Chryst. Growing up in the greater Philadelphia area, Marc's deep-rooted passion for the automotive industry has been a driving force throughout his professional journey.
Regarded as "the car guy" by his friends and family, Marc has always had a natural affinity for cool cars and motorsports. He began his automotive career at the age of 15 as a Junior Specialist for a small, Philadelphia based company that specialized in the sales, consignment, and collection management of classic and modern classic European sports cars.
This is where he forged his sales and operational skillset while learning what it takes to grow a successful business from scratch. After over 6 years in the collector car space, Marc then set out on a new endeavor, giving up carburetors for battery packs.
In 2018, he joined Tesla where he played a pivotal role in the company’s dominant growth in the electric vehicle market. At his peak, Marc was ranked in the top 10 advisors in vehicle sales for the North American market. He also helped build and run Tesla’s virtual team which supported new vehicle deliveries for the Northeast region. After nearly 5 years with Tesla, Marc has an in-depth understanding of the EV industry and experience of navigating a multi-billion-dollar company.
Beyond his automotive pursuits, Marc is an unwavering Philadelphia sports fan. Regardless of the team's performance, he proudly supports Philadelphia as the epitome of a sports city, never wavering in his loyalty.
Though he doesn't have human children, Marc has a special place in his heart for Prince, his beloved 6-year-old Pitbull. They share countless cherished moments together. During his leisure time, Marc enjoys relaxing at the Jersey shore on weekends or occasionally indulging in a round of golf.
As Marc embarks on this exciting new chapter with XPEL, he brings his enthusiasm for the automotive industry and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service.
